DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Standard Delivery charges apply on orders,
Our standard mainland UK Delivery service is 5 to 7 working days (excluding weekends, Bank Holidays) using Royal Mail.
However please allow up to 10-14 working days as many items are produced to order.
If you have an urgent requirement please contact us via email.
Please note that Weekends and Bank Holidays are not classed as working days.
Deliveries are made FROM the Scottish Highlands & Islands and can take an extra day or two to arrive.
International orders
Unfortunately, we currently do not accept orders for non-UK addresses on our website.
Cancellation and returns policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can cancel your order within 30 days of receiving your goods. Please notify us by email with your order number and details.
We will refund the original payment and any associated delivery charge. We do not refund any returns delivery charges on unwanted items. Refunds can only be made to the original method of payment to prevent money laundering.
faulty or damaged items
If your item is faulty or damaged we will refund the returns postage for a replacement or full refund. Refunds may take up to 7 – 10 days upon receipt of the item to be processed.
COMMISSION WORK
Bespoke commissions are welcome. Please contact us to discuss your needs. Commission orders are non-returnable/non-refundable unless faulty or damaged, and require a 10% deposit on ordering
